Position Summary:
The Assistant Residential Estimator &amp; Analyst supports the evaluation, planning, and execution of Chinburgs single-family residential communities. This role identifies viable housing opportunities by analyzing market trends, pricing data, subdivision requirements, and construction costs to recommend optimal home products and layouts.

The position is responsible for preparing detailed construction estimates, performing plan take-offs, coordinating subcontractor bids, and supporting cross-functional teams with financial and construction budgeting. The role also manages the single-family residential permitting process and assists with subcontractor relationships and pre-qualification. All recital choreography will already be completed. The instructor’s primary responsibility will be to rehearse, clean, and refine existing routines for dancers ages 5–13 in Jumpstart Jazz, Mini Acro, and Acro 1. This includes reinforcing technique, spacing, timing, musicality, and performance quality, while maintaining safe Acro progressions appropriate to each age group. The instructor will guide dancers through consistent rehearsals, build confidence, and ensure students are well prepared for end-of-season performances.
 
The ideal candidate has prior experience teaching Acro and/or Jazz to children and is confident stepping into an established program with continuity and care. Acrobatic Arts certification is strongly preferred (or equivalent acrobatics training), with a solid understanding of safety standards, progressions, and injury prevention. <li>The duties of this position typically require exposure to a shooting range where frequent standing, kneeling, running, sitting, crouching, crawling, twisting, grasping and walking can be expected along with frequent lifting up to 40 pounds and/or moving of equipment cases and materials up to 100 pounds.</li>
<li>Must be able to reach with hands and arms, bend and kneel frequently at a minimum 50% of the shift, as well as undergo repetitive wrist, hand, elbow, shoulder, and ankle motions.</li>
<li>Must demonstrate proficient fine motor skills, be able to grip, reach, pull, and turn.</li>
<li>Specific vision abilities required may include close vision, distance vision, peripheral and depth perception and ability to focus.</li>
<li>Assignments will require exposure to varying climate and environmental conditions both extreme cold and warm weather conditions for extended periods of time.</li>
<li>Exposure to a variety of firearms and other weapons, related chemicals, gun cleaning solvents, ammunition and explosive materials, ammunition smoke and hand and power tools related to weapon and range repairs; additional information is available from EHS upon request.</li>
<li>Work includes exposure to extreme noise of firearms, requiring the use of ear protection equipment. Must possess mobility, vision, hearing, and dexterity levels appropriate to the duties to be performed.</li>
<li>Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required.</li>
<li>Must comply with all work exposure EH&amp;S training requirements and adhere to SIG SAUER Inc. security mandates.</li>
