<li>Oversee workforce planning and forecasting for projects within this region</li>
<li>Ensure Superintendents are developing self-perform work plans to support budget</li>
<li>Review current production rates against budgeted production rates and address issues as needed</li>
<li>Ensure Superintendents are submitting their daily productivity logs</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Superintendents on establishing efficient means and methods for their self perform work scopes and other scopes as needed.</li>
</ul>
Quality Control:
<ul>
<li>Establish and maintain an on-site quality construction control program Maintain compliance with State, Federal, and Local agencies.</li>
<li>Participate in pre-installation meetings and preparation</li>
<li>Ensure all documentation of pre-installation, during installation, and post-installation</li>
<li>Ensure material conformance with approved submittals, plans, and specifications</li>
<li>Zero Punch list should be your objective.</li>
</ul>
 
Essential Experience: 
<ul>
<li>Extensive supervisory experience in the construction industry</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of construction methods and materials, costing, and scheduling</li>
<li>First Aid, CPR certified; 30-hour OSHA certified</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others</li>
<li>Ability to think ahead and plan</li>
<li>Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities</li>
<li>Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level</li>
<li>Strong customer orientation</li>
<li>Strong computer skills</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li>
<li>Strong team player</li>
