Job DescriptionSalary: $18-$25 
Cut, trim, or prepare consumer-sized portions of meat for use or sale in retail establishments. 
Job Tasks
<ul>
<li>Wrap, weigh, label and price cuts of meat.</li>
<li>Prepare meat products for sale or consumption.</li>
<li>Prepare and place meat cuts and products on the display counter, so they will appear attractive and catch the shopper's eye.</li>
<li>Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers.</li>
<li>Cut meat products.</li>
<li>Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats, such as beef, pork,lamb, poultry, and fish, to prepare meat in cooking form.</li>
<li>Track grind reports (scanning system)</li>
<li>Make sausage</li>
<li>Prep meat based recipes for kitchen use</li>
<li>Utilize prep list for daily tasks, cleaning and communication.</li>
<li>Prep, make marinades and other items to accommodate meat production.</li>
<li>Prepare meat products for sale or consumption. Cut meat products.</li>
<li>Direct operational or production activities.</li>
<li>Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery, to ensure meat quality.</li>
<li>Inspect, rotate and utilize all meat to maximize profits</li>
<li>Record quantity of meat received and issued to cooks or keep records of meat sales.</li>
<li>Record operational or production data.</li>
<li>Shape, lace, and tie roasts, using boning knife, skewer, and twine.</li>
<li>Cleaning of meat cutters areas, equipment and kitchen area. </li>
<li>Confer with customers or designers to determine order specifications. </li>
<li>Assist Kitchen team with preparing meals, prepping and cleaning.</li>
<li>Assist in the Store to meet or exceed financial targets</li>
<li>Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen</li>
<li>Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils</li>
<li>A team player with good communication skills</li>
