SCOPE OF WORK: Performs skilled work in the routine, general, and preventative custodial, grounds, and/or building maintenance and assists in coordinating the work activities of staff engaged in performing similar duties. This position reports to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor at NHTI Concords Community College.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

<li>Maintains adequate records of maintenance history and job costs.</li>
<li>Assists the Facilities Manager by working with outside vendors to obtain the best pricing and efficient selection of materials and services.</li>

License/Certification: Valid driver’s license.
