Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Located in Derry, NH, a Fireye Electrical Engineer is expected to work as a part of a team to understand and clarify product requirements, implement, and document the design using standard tools, test and release and work with manufacturing and service teams to help them understand the design.
Specifically, the daily work of an Electrical Engineer will consist of the following tasks.
<ul>
<li>Work with the goal of creating products that satisfy customer needs in accordance with Electrical Engineering Department processes.</li>
<li>Lead the process to create and review development related documentation such as design documents, safety plans, FMEAs, and similar.</li>
<li>Create, design and test specifications in cooperation with Product Management Team and other groups responsible for specifying products, or product changes.</li>
<li>Design and develop circuits using electrical engineering principles and commonly available components such as microcontrollers, semiconductors, sensors, etc.</li>
<li>Create designs that meet the stated requirements including any cost and safety/regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Analyze existing circuits and their physical implementation to understand their behavior and identify design defects with goal of performance improvement.</li>
<li>Build and test prototypes to evaluate and validate design concepts; analyze test results, identify issues, and propose optimization solutions.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with corporate safety standards, relevant to industry standards, codes, and electrical design and implementation regulations.</li>
<li>Perform related duties as assigned by the individual's manager.</li>
</ul>
 
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
<ul>
<li>A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar with 2+ years’ experience.</li>
<li>A strong background in circuit analysis using Electrical Engineering principles.</li>
<li>Direct design experience with schematic capture, PCB layout, and circuit simulation tools in current use at the company.</li>
<li>Ability to work as an individual contributor and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Ability to skillfully use standard Electrical Engineering tools such as meters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, data acquisition systems and the related software for each tool.</li>
<li>Exhibit strong interpersonal skills through effective use of verbal communication, email, and various other communication tools.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous priorities and communicate effectively with project stakeholders and managers about those priorities.</li>

Center for Life Management (CLM) provides the area's most comprehensive array of outpatient mental healthcare. We offer innovative and evidence-based services that enhance the health and well-being of individuals and families who experience mental illness, serious emotional difficulties and/or co-occurring disorders. 
 
Our Medical Team is comprised of compassionate Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Treaters, and Administrative Assistants who work as interdisciplinary team members in our Adult and Children’s Departments. The Psychiatric APRN provides medical services to children, adolescents, adults, and/or elders. They will complete initial evaluations, follow up assessments, and offer suggestions to treat and prevent mental, emotional and behavioral health disorders. This is a full time, 40 hour per week position.
 
Major Functional Areas and Description of Duties
<ul>
<li>Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up assessments by evaluating patients via interview, observation of behaviors, gathering feedback from parent/guardian/natural support, engaging in outcome measures, reviewing medical history/related documents, selecting, administering, and interpreting psychological tests, and ordering and interpreting laboratory tests.</li>
<li>Demonstrate understanding of relevant developmental, cultural, and family system issues consistent with DSM-V criteria when conducting assessments to provide accurate and concise clinical formulations, diagnoses, and treatment recommendations including the prescription of psychopharmacological agents.</li>
<li>Prescribe medications as authorized by the 1991 Nurse Practice Act.</li>
<li>Provide set hours of billable service each week to meet 62% of direct service key performance indicator expectation.</li>
<li>Engage appropriate family members and/or guardians in medication management services, including providing education as needed to support treatment planning and adherence.</li>
<li>Review treatment/individual service plans with client and guardian driven goals and objectives which reflect medical necessity, client strengths, symptoms, and functional impairments.</li>
<li>When necessary, provide cross-coverage to other prescribing medical staff.</li>
<li>Maintain interdisciplinary treatment by reviewing treatment plans and progress, and work collaboratively with other treatment team members, natural supports, and external providers to ensure a wrap-around care is provided to the client.</li>
<li>Serve on appropriate committees, both internally and externally, as determined by supervisor.</li>
<li>Function professionally and in a manner that protects the integrity, confidentiality, and rights of all clients.</li>
<li>Promote a positive work environment and culture that fosters cooperation, teamwork, professional growth and development to benefit CLM staff, clients, families, and community partners.</li>
<li>Execute all required services and documentation in accordance with agency policies and CLM Provider Agreement, federal standards, and state statues.</li>
<li>Provide timely documentation on each service delivered.</li>
<li>Maintain professional memberships, licenses, accreditation, certifications, etc.</li>
<li>Fulfill requirement of Professional Staff as defined in the Professional Staff Plan.</li>

Qualifications and Skills
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree with a certification in psychiatry, along with an APRN license is required.</li>
