SHIFT:
Sunday - Friday (12:00AM-7:00AM)
PAY RATE:
Starting pay rate: $20.00/hour Plus $2.00/hour shift differential. Total pay rate will be $22.00/hour.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Uses a pneumatic nail gun to repair or assemble pallets. In a repair department places pallet on repair table, removes defective boards, replaces new boards, and nails replaced boards into place. In an assembly department takes stock boards and nails together based on type of pallet desired. Responsible for troubleshooting jams and basic maintenance of the saw. Work requires operator to stand for long periods of time. Operators must be able to repeatedly lift a pallet weighing 50-75 lbs. Nail guns must be operated with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Repair Operators must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. Repair Operators must also be able to concentrate on their tasks. The ability to understand and communicate information is also essential. Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
PREFERRED SKILLS
2+ years previous experience working in an industrial, fast moving setting with industrial machinery.

What You’ll Bring:
We’re seeking an innovative and experienced engineer with the following qualifications:

<li>Education &amp; Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of experience designing complex electro-mechanical devices.</li>
<li>Technical Skills: Proven expertise in schematic design, PCB layout (Altium preferred), and hands-on debugging with tools like oscilloscopes, DMMs, and logic analyzers.</li>
<li>Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical safety standards (IEC 60601-1, ISO 13485) and expertise in signal processing and sensor development.</li>
<li>Software Skills: Knowledge of embedded software development in C/C++ and automation tools (MATLAB, Python, LabVIEW).</li>
<li>Bonus Expertise: Experience with RF design and test practices is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Problem-Solving Ability: Strong skills in multidisciplinary system integration and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.</li>
