Position Summary: 
The CNC Machine Operator I will operate CNC machines on low to medium complexity components using automated and manual equipment and processes to meet customer needs. This is an entry-level position that draws on prior machining experience with technical problem-solving skills to operate a minimum of one type of CNC equipment and possess the ability to perform secondary operations. The CNC Machine Operator I will work both independently and in a team environment with internal team members, leads, supervisors, and quality.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Independently load parts and operate a minimum of one type of CNC equipment.</li>
<li>Complete all operational processes, checklists, control plans, and procedures as required.</li>
<li>Correctly identify and assemble cutting tools and tool holder assemblies based on existing process documentation.</li>
<li>Learn and understand the difference between types of tool wear. (See Operator Expectations for more details)</li>
<li>Identify the correct start line in the program.</li>
<li>Gain basic working and functional knowledge of M codes.</li>
<li>Look at parts to ensure they were machined properly. This would include surface finish conditions, missing features, etc.</li>
<li>Basic troubleshooting of the machine (with assistance) if there is an error code and escalate issues to the Lead or Supervisor.</li>
<li>Complete all required inspection measurements as defined on quality control plans using hand tools, gage pins, caliper, micrometer, and Micro-Hite measurement tools. Must properly load and run equator.</li>
<li>Learn to read CMM reports and reports from the equator and adjust parts.</li>
<li>Complete tasks as assigned in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Participate in 5S Workplace organizational activities and maintain the area in good working order through sustainment activities.</li>
<li>Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is a necessary function of this position.</li>
<li>May be required to work in other functional areas and/or facilities depending on business needs.</li>

Working Conditions:

<li>The duties of this job normally require exposure to a typical manufacturing environment. Frequent standing, sitting, stooping, squatting, walking, and stair climbing can be expected along with frequent lifting and/or moving of tooling, parts containers, and materials up to 40 pounds.</li>
<li>Must be able to reach with hands and arms, bend and kneel frequently at a minimum of 50% of the shift, as well as undergo repetitive wrist, hand, elbow, shoulder, and ankle motions.</li>

Job DescriptionHudson, NH Description:
The Assembler will be primarily responsible for assembling military grade cable products. The Assembler handles a variety of products composed of small, light to medium weight components. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to assemble small components. The Assembler will be tasked with following established procedures in assembly operations and will work under close supervision using simple assembly and wiring instructions. Specialized training will be provided for this position. The position will report to the Production Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>The Assembler must have the ability to perform light assembly work requiring high manual dexterity and physical endurance to stand at workstations for the majority of work shift.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>The Assembler will be responsible for working with verbal and written instructions in English and report any discrepancies.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>The use of measurement tools such as tape measures, calipers and micrometers (including understanding of fractional measurements) is required</li>
<li>Assembler will be assigned to a cell and be responsible for meeting production schedules, processes and instructions.</li>
<li>You will be expected to adhere to company policies and procedures and safety protocols</li>

<li>IPC-620 Certification a plus</li>
