This position is the process owner for many pieces of equipment and is the backup support for many other processes.
Duties/Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist in identifying new requirements that may require special processing or process development.</li>
<li>Attend new product design reviews.</li>
<li>Work with the Engineering department to develop a strategy for meeting these requirements, execute tests, and define new processes.</li>
<li>Assist with target recognition and automated target acquisition at expose.</li>
<li>Assist in troubleshooting quality and production issues in the Image area including but not limited to: scrap events, excessive rework, lab failures tied to image.</li>
<li>Assist with reviewing and dispositioning WIP</li>
<li>Assist in standardizing processes, ensuring that procedures are accurate and will meet customer requirements.</li>
<li>Make recommendations on process route changes to meet customer requirements.</li>
<li>Work as a liaison with operations and maintenance.</li>
<li>Ensure that equipment is being properly maintained.</li>
<li>Assist process engineering in the evaluation and processing of new materials.</li>
<li>Work with chemical / material suppliers and customers as needed. </li>
<li>Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.</li>
<li>This position may require overtime for coverage on alternate shifts and weekends.</li>
<li>Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in manufacturing of printed circuit boards.</li>
<li>Ability to work with limited supervision and multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Must be a team player.</li>
<li>Computer experience – Basic working knowledge of computers and Microsoft office suite.</li>
