<li>Responsible for setting up CNC milling or CNC lathe machines and run jobs on CNC milling and CNC lathe machines ensuring all parts meet tight manufacturing requirements.</li>
<li>Prepare CAM files from various sources to include CAD files, prints, and verbal instruction.</li>
<li>Responsible for quick turnaround of parts and accuracy within established guidelines.</li>
<li>Maintain organization of jobs and material inventory.</li>
<li>Perform cleaning and general maintenance on milling or lathe machines and general shop equipment.</li>
<li>Must have a basic understanding of blueprint reading and geometric tolerances and how they relate to the finished part.</li>

This position is for a highly motivated individual who is interested in working with and learning from experienced engineers in the office and in the field, while performing engineering tasks on industrial power distribution and generation projects.
The successful candidate in this position will design Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) distribution systems for Combined Heat &amp; Power (CHP) plants, campus and/or district energy systems, and municipal scale power generation facilities. In this role, the successful candidate will also provide engineering support for utility interconnections and generator protection schemes. Typical tasks will include Load Flow Analysis, Short Circuit Studies, Coordination Studies, development of One Line Diagrams, Protection Schemes and Motor Control circuits for MV and LV circuits.
