· Must be capable of performing all non-specialized and some specialized mechanical assembly operations of sub-assemblies and package assembly including associated in-process quality checks and tests, plus finishing work and final packaging.

Key responsibilities:

<li>Set and track milestones and deliverables.</li>
<li>Identify project risks and issues and propose mitigation actions.</li>
<li>Manage unforeseen situations / delays, realign schedule and expectations as needed.</li>
<li>Adherence to IT security policies and standards set by the Global IT PMO.</li>
<li>Lead steering committee meetings.</li>
<li>Establish and implement project communication plans, provide status updates to stakeholders.</li>

Ideal candidate profile:
<ul>
<li>Overall program management experience.</li>
<li>Previous experience, preferably within Pharma industry.</li>
<li>Agile Certifications (Scrum master, SAFE etc).</li>
<li>Certification in Project Management (preferably PMP from PMI) is an advantage.</li>
<li>Thorough understanding of Project Management processes, principals, strategies, and methods.</li>
<li>Understanding of validation of GxP-relevant computerized systems.</li>
<li>Experience with waterfall, hybrid and agile delivery approaches.</li>
<li>Excellent time management and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, used in the organization and the industry.</li>

The hiring range for this position is $70.00 to $82.00 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
