<li>Responds to all inquiries in a timely manner. </li>
<li>As a full-time employee you must be dependable, and you will be expected to build consistency and stability in the classroom for the children in your care. </li>
<li>Implement curriculum within the established guidelines.</li>
<li>Design and implement daily lesson/activity plans.</li>
<li>Supervise children, classroom and all activities.</li>
<li>Make ongoing, systemic observations and evaluations of each child.</li>
<li>Conduct parent conferences while maintaining positive relationships and effective communication.</li>
<li>Maintain program site and equipment.</li>
<li>Maintain required program records.</li>
<li>Attend and participate in family nights, program activities, staff meetings and staff training (18 hours per year)</li>

Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Meets 80% to 100% of the following qualifications: 
<ol>
<li>Ability to perform duties with professionalism, enthusiasm, kindness, empathy, care, honesty, and respect. </li>
<li>Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community. </li>
<li>Meets educational and experience qualifications established by state law; 18 ECE Credits </li>
<li>At least 21 years of age </li>
<li>CPR, First Aid, AED certifications and Child Abuse prevention training within 30 days of hire date. </li>
<li>Health form completed within the 30 days of hire date; renewed every 3 years. </li>
<li>At least 1 year of experience working with children in a developmental setting preferred. </li>
<li>Ability to plan, organize and implement age-appropriate/developmentally appropriate program activities. </li>
</ol>
PREFERED LEVEL QUALIFICATIONS:
<ol>
<li>An associate degree or higher in ECE or equivalent </li>
<li>3 or more years of experience working in a licensed childcare facility. </li>
