They utilize their skills and knowledge, under the direction of one of our talented Lead Carpenters, to perform all tasks involved in residential remodeling. While not all skills listed below are required, it is expected that our Production Carpenters will continue to add to their current skillset while progressing through Blackdog's 5-tiered “Ladder of Success”.The desired skillset of a Production Carpenter include:

<li>Framing</li>
<li>Demolition</li>

In a Production Carpenter position you would be required to:
<ul>
<li>Own your own basic set of carpentry tools to complete a variety of tasks</li>
<li>Have a positive attitude and a good work ethic</li>
<li>Be comfortable working on ladders and roofs</li>
<li>Work both indoors and out… in a mix of New England weather conditions</li>
<li>Have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle</li>
<li>Successfully pass a background check</li>
<li>Listen well, take instruction and work independently when needed</li>
<li>And, most importantly, take pride in your work!</li>
