Position Summary:

The Table Games Shift Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the table games dealer teams and table games supervisory staff, ensuring exceptional service for our guests. This role plays a crucial part in fostering a positive employee experience, upholding game integrity, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and New Hampshire Lottery Commission regulations.
POSITION SUMMARY
The candidate will be trained to proficiently deal multiple table games on a rotational basis, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service to players in accordance with standard procedures, maintaining the integrity of the game and explaining aspects of the games to players unfamiliar with game rules.
TRAINING
Candidates will be interviewed and selected based on aptitude, personality, and intangibles. Once accepted, the Candidate will be trained over 12 weeks (based on proficiency) to deal the games offered by Revo Casino &amp; Social House. The staff will be trained on additional games as new games come to the floor.
The training schedule is Monday through Thursday, 10AM – 2PM (tentative). Attendance is mandatory.
Training pay of $15.00 an hour during your TG Dealer training period.
SELECTION PROCESS
Candidates MUST pass an “audition” that showcases the skills learned and developed during the training period. All Candidates are rated based on the same formula by Table Games leadership.
Once training has been completed you will have the ability to earn $32 - $40 per hour (base wages plus tips) Tips vary by location and will fluctuate.
Must be able to work late night shifts, holidays &amp; weekends.
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

<li>Customer-focused, dealing directly with patients either by telephone, electronically or face to face interaction. Gathers information necessary to provide equipment services, payment processing and insurance benefit verification.</li>
<li>Direct responsibility for managing an assignment of consignment closets. Responsible for all inventory tracking (stocking levels, shrinkage &amp; usage) and coordination of inventory replenishment.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain communication regarding stock &amp; bill account activity, issue or concerns with the territory manager and help with implementing solutions.</li>
<li>Coordinate client information, gather and prepare process paperwork for billing, update system notes, document scanning, fax processing or photocopying and forward to appropriate personnel for action.</li>
<li>Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the companys policies and practices.</li>
<li>Understand company administrative steps for billing and inventory management and be able to provide assistance to any area.</li>
<li>Must be flexible and willing to work physicians hours</li>

Minimum qualifications
<ul>
<li>Preferred but not required: experience in providing health services, MA, Ortho-Tech or Athletic Training, or Fitter Certification.Operational experience.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills. </li>
<li>Ability to solve problems and resolve issues and direct team members.</li>
<li>Through knowledge and understanding of insurance and health systems with a knowledge focus on DME equipment, Orthopaedic custom &amp; non-custom bracing, Ancillary devices.</li>
<li>Must be willing to learn, be very flexible, possess excellent communication skills and be a team player. </li>
<li>Good written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to develop good interpersonal relationships with patients, staff and other healthcare providers and the ability to work with patients in a hospital or office setting.</li>
<li>Must have the ability to handle multiple priorities, ability to work independently, and possess good judgment and decision-making skills.</li>
<li>Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent.</li>
<li>Must be able to read, comprehend, and implement written complex policies and procedures.</li>
</ul>

This position requires this patient health information in order to perform the functions outlined as part of this position description. 
Must be able to meet the credentialing qualifications for Hospital access (Immunization records, TB, Flu) and employment is contingent upon a clean criminal background, BEAS, and drug screen.
