Job description
The Facilities Suite &amp; Elastomer Maintenance Mechanic Level III provides support to the Engineering Services group by operating and performing daily checks on Direct and Indirect Maintenance equipment/systems and assists higher level mechanics with repairs in compliance with company and departmental SOPs. Individual will work in a fast-paced, safety-oriented, team environment and will perform tasks that are routine in nature where the ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required. Individual will maintain records to comply with Good Manufacturing Practice requirements to include detailed documentation of work performed in both electronic and written form. This is an advanced level position and the technician will be expected to perform routine and advance diagnostic trouble shooting with little to no guidance.
 
Responsibilities

<li>Responsible for in depth understanding and practical application of core department SOP’s. Performs all work safely, adhering to GMP guidelines, SOP’s and work instructions.</li>
<li>Responsible for execution Suite &amp; Elastomer preventative. maintenance practices related to maintaining manufacturing equipment.</li>

General Description:
The Grantham Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for effective maintenance, preventative maintenance planning and scheduling, delegating, coordinating and decision making to attain desirable production results, as well as the oversite of all maintenance items of the Grantham NH Sawmill &amp; Yard. Other responsibilities include sustaining cost-effective ways to control labor and supply cost surrounding maintenance items. Additionally, maintaining an efficient system for completing PM work orders in a timely manner, maintaining professionalism, motivating team members- to increase productivity and performance- and monitoring maintenance procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency in all areas are meeting or exceeding company standards.
Responsibilities:
· Communicating with the purchaser and Mill Manager to further support cost effective ways to manage purchasing and inventory control throughout the facilities
· Initiate purchasing of all consumable parts (with PM Parts Purchaser)
· Working with the PM Parts Purchaser to build a Preventive Maintenance program for each area that is easily maintained
· Develop and follow the PM program as outlined by the Mill Manager
· Assign and perform Electrical and mechanical PMs (Coordinated with necessary vendors with the assistance of the PM Parts Purchaser)
