What is an Occupancy Verification?
Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties and to do this they send out independent contractors. The purpose of the property inspection is:

<li>To verify property occupancy.</li>
<li>To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application.</li>

Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant.
We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. In some cases, you will split the county with another inspector if there is enough volume for two inspectors.
Responsibilities

<li>Most common type of inspection should only take 5-6 minutes.</li>
<li>Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned.</li>

Current certification as a para II educator by the Department of Education; or b. Both of the following: 1. Documentation of enrollment in a course for at least 3 credits in child development, education, recreation, or other fields of study focused on children, through an accredited college or university and a written plan on file for completion of at least 3 additional credits as specified; and

Job DescriptionPosition: Licensed Electrician &nbsp; Salary Range: $40-$55 hourly&nbsp; Location: Derry, New Hampshire We are looking to add a Licensed Electrician to our growing team of industry professionals. As a member of the team, you will provide expert electrical solutions for repairs, replacements, and proactive maintenance. <ul>
<li>Run 3 to 4 four service calls per day</li>
<li>Educate customers on electrical issues and provide solutions</li>
<li>Troubleshoot electrical problems in residential settings </li>
<li>Provide upfront pricing to customers</li>
<li>Complete required documentation including invoices, material lists, etc. </li>
<li>Maintain stock of company truck </li>
<li>Occasional on-call services </li>
</ul>
 Requirements: &nbsp;

<li>Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the state of NH </li>
<li>A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field</li>
<li>Proficient in all service electrical work </li>
<li>Strong customer service skills</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license </li>
<li>Authorization to work in the US </li>

<li>Prepare inspection reports, Certificates of Conformance, and assist with FAI (First Article Inspection) reports and customer certification requirements.</li>
<li>Route parts to appropriate secondary processes and ensure timely delivery to the Shipping department.</li>
<li>Communicate project status and quality challenges with department leads and Project Managers.</li>
<li>Train and mentor employees on department operations, procedures, and quality standards.</li>
<li>Guide less experienced inspectors, providing solutions and maintaining rigorous quality control procedures.</li>
<li>Support production teams in adhering to ISO9001 processes.</li>
<li>Inspect incoming products from outside processes for compliance with specifications.</li>
<li>Participate in audits and compliance projects as assigned.</li>
<li>Follow applicable procedures and work instructions while offering ideas for improvement.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by management.</li>
</ul>
Technical Competencies
<ul>
<li>Competences indicated for Inspector I.</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of GD&amp;T per ASME Y14.5.</li>
<li>Proficient in reading and interpreting detailed manufacturing drawings.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of hand measurement tools and measurement equipment. </li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, using Mie Trak, SolidWorks, and CMM tools. </li>
