Job DescriptionAs a Press Operator, you will operate a flexographic printing press engaged in the production of printed products in a safe and efficient manner. This includes the set-up of plates, dies, inks, and coatings as specified in the work ticket. In addition, you will complete quality checks to ensure that the printed product meets all functional requirements. As a press operator, you will also load substrates onto the press and record all required production data into the shop floor data collection system. As needed, you will be required to mount or strip plates, make inks, wash up press components, and complete basic housekeeping and preventive maintenance tasks. Qualifications:

<li>Experience with CAD tools for electrical schematics and design documentation.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Familiarity with automation and control systems, including PLCs and SCADA platforms.&nbsp;</li>

Job Description
This position is responsible for designing and maintaining control systems to ensure efficient operation of PCB manufacturing processes. This is pivotal in the maintenance and enhancement of the automated and highly technical systems within the business.
Duties/Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Develop equipment to monitor and control efficiency of engineering systems and machinery.</li>
<li>Implement processes that will increase productivity, test and analyze designs, and monitor the created processed to ensure functionality and quality.</li>
<li>Conduct system analyses to evaluate functionality and quality of systems and identify areas in need of improvement.</li>
<li>Programming and configuring control interfaces to authorize performance.</li>
<li>Perform regular maintenance checks and updates on control systems and related machines to ensure efficiency.</li>
<li>Test and troubleshoot control systems and components to ensure quality and safety of systems.</li>
<li>Collaborate across departments to ensure systems integration and operability.</li>
<li>Work to maintain and upgrade existing control systems to ensure efficiency and durability of systems.</li>
<li>Ensure systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations.</li>
<li>Lead both cross functional and targeted continuous improvement activities.</li>
<li>Provide support and training across departments regarding how to operate newly implemented or modified systems.</li>

<li>Knowledge of Allen Bradley and Siemens is a plus.</li>
<li>Experience working within the manufacturing industry.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of printed circuit board manufacturing is a plus.</li>
<li>Must have excellent communication skills and ability/flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Ability to work with minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to driving excellence.</li>
<li>Strong Understanding of computer programing and software development related to automated control systems.</li>
