Job DescriptionEstate Planning Attorney
Job Title: Attorney Location: Concord, NH Salary Rate: $80,000 - $95,000. In business for over 40 years, my client is a well-respected firm in NH, specializing in a variety of practice areas. We are seeking an attorney with experience in trusts &amp; estate planning to join our team. The ideal candidate would have 3+ years of experience with estate planning &amp; administration. What You Will Do:
<ul>
<li>Draft, review, and revise wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.</li>
<li>Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including tax implications and asset protection.</li>
<li>Assist with trust administration, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.</li>
<li>Representing clients in probate court proceedings and resolving disputes related to estates and trusts.</li>
<li>Guide clients through the process of estate and gift tax filings.</li>
<li>Collaborate with financial advisors and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans.</li>
<li>Provide legal counsel to families, beneficiaries, and trustees in managing estates and trusts.</li>
</ul>
What You Need:
<ul>
<li>Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.</li>
<li>Admission to the NH State Bar. (Dual MA admission preferred, but not required.)</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in trust and estate law.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Massachusetts trust and estate law, including probate, taxation, and fiduciary duties.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client matters simultaneously.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex legal issues.</li>
