Job Qualifications:&nbsp;

<li>Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Environmental, Health &amp; Safety&nbsp;preferred.</li>
<li>3-5 years’ experience working in Environmental, Health and Safety or related field.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and influence organizational safety culture.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.</li>
<li>Intermediate to advanced skier or snowboarder.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience with EHS management systems for analyzing and advising on safety data analytics. Familiarity with data collection platforms: Tableau, Benchmark Gensuite, Smartsheets, etc.</li>
<li>Experience leading and implementing change through a matrix environment. </li>
<li>Experience in influencing change across a variety of stakeholders. </li>
<li>ASP, GSP, CSP or equivalent experience in professional safety.</li>

Operational experience in the other ski area or hospitality operations (not required).&nbsp;

The expected Total Compensation for this role is&nbsp;$85,000 - $95,000 + Annual Bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors. &nbsp;

Job Summary
