About The Role:

The General Service Technician is a blended role with both front and back shop responsibilities, including at least two days per week dedicated to front counter duties. <li>Install various HVAC systems with precision and care (furnaces, A/Cs, heat pumps, boilers, etc.)</li>
<li>Ensure all installations meet safety and industry standards</li>
<li>Educate customers on system operations of units installed </li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflows </li>
<li>Maintain detailed records of installations and truck inventory </li>
<li>Occasional on-call services </li>
</ul>
 Requirements: &nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Active Gas Equipment License in the state of NH </li>
<li>Universal EPA License &nbsp;</li>
<li>A minimum of 3 years HVAC installation experience</li>
<li>Strong customer service skills</li>
<li>Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license </li>
<li>Authorization to work in the US </li>
