Address field issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
Manage component obsolescence and lifecycle updates.
Oversee engineering documentation processes, including BOMs, drawings, and specifications, per engineering procedures.
Ensure compliance with UL, NSF, CE, and other applicable regulatory standards.
Drive VAVE initiatives to identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize design and manufacturing processes.
Partner with Operations, Quality, service, and Supply Chain to resolve technical challenges and support manufacturing transitions.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage and mentor engineering staff, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Position Overview
The Engineering Manager provides technical leadership across customer-facing engineering, application support, and manufacturing alignment. This position operates in a global context, working closely with teams and manufacturing partners across the United States, China, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
