<li>Advise customers on technical problems, scheduling customer service needs, planning assigned jobs to work orders containing job information and specifying job instruction, identifying customer and machine</li>
<li>Assist in the appraisal and quotes of repair work coming into the shop and discuss with the Service Manager the service required, both in parts and labor</li>
<li>Schedule shop assignments, field service work, and truck requirements for pickup and delivery of equipment</li>
<li>Process warranty claims</li>
<li>Establish or adjust work procedures to meet schedules and deadlines.</li>
<li>Opening and closing of work orders to ensure timely closing to meet company goals</li>
<li>Supervises all shop activities when the Service Manager is away from branch</li>
<li>Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set</li>
<li>Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service</li>

Aid Sales and Service with delivery and pick up of customer motorcycles.
 
Major Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Safely load and unload motorcycles for delivery.</li>
<li>Drive motorcycles safely to and/or from their destinations.</li>
<li>Clean and detail new and pre-owned units when not delivering motorcycles.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness of shop vehicle.</li>
<li>Assist service department and Shop Porter/Helper when there are no deliveries</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned.</li>

<li>Requires a clean driving record and a motorcycle license.</li>
