Customer Service Supervisor is a key member of the Kohl’s team, responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily functions of the Cash Office (i.e. register and cash balancing, change orders, authorizing voided transactions, supplies, over/short research)
  • Supervising associates to help support a sales driving culture while focusing on creating a consistent customer experience
  • Engaging and connecting with customers to solve their shopping needs, making everyone feel respected, appreciated and rewarded
  • Overseeing Omni and Freight flow processes
  • Informing customers of current merchandise assortment, store promotions, and events
  • Delivering a consistent sales floor experience by supporting the sales floor, fitting rooms, point of sale, and operational processes
  • Building customer connections and executing an authentic hospitality experience
  • Helping customers save with a Kohl’s Card, opening and activating Kohl’s Card applications
  • Observing associate performance and providing feedback in partnership with Assistant Manager/Store Manager
  • Onboarding, training and developing associates
