Sales & Retail Associates (Full-Time & Part-Time)

We're St. Cyr Pool & Spa, and we're looking for 2 motivated team members to help us grow our North Hampton showroom. One full-time position (35-40 hrs) and one part-time position (20-30 hrs) available.

What You'll Actually Do:
Customer Service & Sales:
- Welcome walk-in customers and help them find what they need
- Conduct water testing and recommend pool/spa chemicals (we teach you everything)
- Show and sell premium hot tubs to qualified customers
- Follow up with hot tub leads via phone, text, and email to schedule appointments
Store Operations:
- Handle transactions and maintain a clean, organized showroom
- Manage inventory and assist with deliveries when needed
- Represent our brand with professionalism and expertise
The reality: You'll often be the only person in the store during your shift. We need someone who can handle that responsibility and actually enjoys helping customers.
Schedule & Availability
Store Hours:
- MondayFriday: 10am6pm
- Saturday: 10am5pm
- Sunday: 11am4pm
What we need:
- Full-time: 35-40 hours/week including at least one weekend day
- Part-time: 20-30 hours/week including at least one weekend day
- Flexibility for occasional busy periods or events
Who We're Looking For:
Must-haves:
- Strong communication skills and positive energy
- Reliable and punctual (we don't chase people down)
- Comfortable working independently after training
- Genuine interest in sales and helping customers (not just collecting a paycheck)
Bonus points for:
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Interest in pools, spas, or home improvement
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $18-$20/hour (based on experience)
Commission: 3% on all hot tub sales
- Translation: $300-$500+ per hot tub sold
- Our average sale is $12,000-$15,000
- Top performers can add $500-$1,500+ monthly in commission
