Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Case Manager position is available in Kingston, NH, supporting K-9 students at a Seacoast Charter Academy. This contract role involves working onsite within a small caseload of approximately 12-14 students, focusing on special education services in reading, writing, and math.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee individual education plans (IEPs) for assigned students.
• Coordinate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student learning and progress.
• Provide specialized small group instruction and interventions in academic subjects.
• Monitor and document student progress and participate in team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Special Education Teacher or Case Manager in K-12 educational settings.
• Ability to manage small caseloads and tailor instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to onsite, full-time work (35 hours per week).
