We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Manager to assist our office staff and work closely with the owner to ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will manage orders, coordinate schedules, and oversee roofing and exterior construction projects from start to finish. Roofing or exterior construction experience is highly preferred, but we value a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.
**Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate project schedules, ensuring timely completion of roofing and exterior construction projects. - Assist office staff with processing orders, managing client communications, and maintaining project documentation. - Collaborate with the owner to plan, execute, and monitor project progress. - Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards and client satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of project timelines, budgets, and resources. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
**Qualifications:** - Experience in roofing or exterior construction highly preferred. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, staff, and subcontractors. - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - Drug-free and able to pass a background check. - Proficiency in project management tools or software is a plus. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
