Job Summary:

Building Maintenance will perform general maintenance within our facilities including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with team to identify equipment or facility items that need attention;
• Work with our maintenance team members and vendors to determine necessary repairs/maintenance on facility or equipment;
• Perform general repairs that do not require specialized training. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, repairing doors and other building fixtures;
• Seasonal tasks such as plowing and working with vendors for irrigation and landscaping;
• Perform routine maintenance on building systems;
• Clean and assist with appearance of the facilities;
• Procure needed supplies for repairs and maintenance;
• Perform other related duties consistent with the role;

Requirements:

• General knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical;
• Solution seeking mindset with the ability to adapt to change;
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools;
• Having organizational and time management skills within a fast pace multi-tasking environment;
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
