WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED IN THIS MASTER PLUMBING TECHNICIAN ROLE

We're seeking someone who brings:

• Master Plumber License
• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Leadership qualities with a passion for mentoring and growing a team
• Clear communication and outstanding customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

WHAT YOUR DAY AS A MASTER PLUMBING TECHNICIAN WILL LOOK LIKE

As a Master Plumbing Technician, you will be both a hands-on expert and a leader. Your day will involve diagnosing, installing, and repairing residential plumbing systems, with occasional light commercial work. You will ensure all work meets plumbing codes and safety standards, while also mentoring apprentices and supporting their skill development. Collaboration will be key as you partner with the HVAC team on integrated projects.
