LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Quality Assurance Admin for our client in the southern Manchester, NJ area. This direct hire role allows you to expand your quality assurance career within a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing industry! This on-site position requires a minimum of two years’ current experience in a quality assurance role in a semi-conductor testing and prefers candidates that have a strong background in First Article Inspection Reports, writing QC inspection reports and maintaining quality data as well as experience with machine shop inspection reports, and being highly proficient in Oracle transactions and requisitions. Must have proven current proficiency in CNC manufacturing of metals and GD&T tolerances.
Salary range: $24.00 to $29.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain spreadsheets, reporting, failure analysis, and flow charts.
· Schedules and coordination of third-party calibration and repair services.
· Participate in all ISO audits and documentation.
· Participate in 8Ds, SCARs and other document investigations as needed.
· Collect data as needed for QA and QC.
· Work collaboratively to make improvements to testing fixtures, processes and procedures, tooling, and data collection.
· Use internal software to document, record, and initiate testing.
· Must be a collaborative team player that works well independently and in a group setting.
· Must be able to follow clean room standards.
· Ability to measure utilizing all quality instruments.
· Current proven proficiency with GD&T quality measures.
Requirements:
· Proven current quality assurance administration experience with a strong progressive work history in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
· 2 years’ experience utilizing testing equipment listed above.
· Familiarity with PLC programming is strongly preferred.
· Must be able to interpret design engineering drawings, make fixtures and tooling from using blueprints/schematics.
· Proficient in writing QC reports.
· Proficient in creating and documenting First Article of Inspection Reports.
· Must be proficient in ISO 9001 documentation and auditing.
· Must have proven current proficiency in CNC manufacturing and GD&T tolerances.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $29.00 per hour
