Minimum 1+ years Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-time paraprofessional position supports K-12 students in a school setting, specifically working one-on-one with students experiencing behavioral challenges. The role begins immediately and runs through June 17, 2026. The work schedule is generally from 8:35 a.m. to 3:10 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with special education needs, particularly those with behavioral concerns
- Adapt to possible classroom changes or student relocations as needed
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student learning and behavior
- Maintain professional and confidential relationships with students and school personnel
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous paraprofessional experience or other child-related professional experience is required
- Comfortable and experienced working with special education populations
- Must provide at least one completed professional reference
- Reliable transportation to and from work site
- Successful completion of district fingerprinting and onboarding process
- Ability to participate in and pass Zoom interview screening
Location: Manchester, NH with work primarily at the designated school campus.
