Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time special education case manager position is available at a K-12 school in Dover, NH, serving students from kindergarten through 9th grade. This contract role involves managing a caseload of approximately 12-14 students at a Seacoast Charter Academy. The focus is on delivering small group support in reading, writing, and math to enhance student learning and progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage individualized education plans (IEPs) and coordinate related services for assigned students.
- Provide targeted small group instruction in reading, writing, and math.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies for students with special needs.
Qualifications:
- Valid special education certification.
- Experience working with K-9 students, preferably within a special education setting.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple caseloads effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of state and federal special education laws and guidelines.

Schedule:
