Location: Bow, NH
Work Type: In person
Pay: Level 1 Helper $18 to $23 per hour. Level 2 to 3 Tile Installers up to $30 per hour based on experience.
Schedule: Consistent schedule, 40 to 60 hours per week. Typical start times are 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM.
Travel: Occasional travel only. Overnight trips are rare.

Capital Tile & Marble is hiring for tile install support in Bow, NH. This posting is built for two types of candidates: Level 1 helpers who want to learn the trade, and experienced installers (Level 2 or 3) who can step in and run higher-skill work.

Level 1 Helper, what you will be doing
- Load, transport, and stage tile, setting materials, and tools
- Protect finished surfaces, maintain a clean work area, and leave the site customer-ready
- Assist with demo, prep, and job site setup as directed by the lead installer
- Mix thinset and grout, support grout and caulk work, and complete cleanup
- Support layout prep, measurements, and basic documentation
- Assist with cutting and drilling under supervision as you learn
- Drive company vehicles between the shop and job sites as directed
Level 2 or Level 3 Installer, what we would love to find
- Hands-on tile installation experience with strong finish quality
- Comfort with layout, cuts, setting, grouting, and job site problem-solving
- Ability to work efficiently while keeping details tight
- Experience with higher-skill work is a plus, showers, waterproofing systems, large format, mosaics, and detailed trim
What you bring
- Level 1: No prior tile experience required, construction experience is a plus
- Comfort with hand tools, power tools, and a tape measure
- Physically capable of lifting, kneeling, and standing for most of the shift
- Professional, safety-minded, and eager to learn
- Able to drive company vehicles as needed
Growth path
Helpers will be trained on safe material handling, prep standards, install support, and finish quality. Team members who show initiative and consistency can progress from Helper (Level 1) to Installer (Level 2), then to advanced Installer (Level 3).
