Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Paraprofessionals for a full-time opportunity within school districts in the Hanover, NH area. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about supporting student learning and classroom success in a collaborative school environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or higher preferred)

• Must meet New Hampshire Department of Education paraprofessional requirements, including:

• Completion of 2 years of postsecondary education OR

• An associate degree OR

• Passing score on a state-approved paraprofessional assessment

• Experience working with students in K12 educational settings preferred

• Ability to pass background check and any required district onboarding procedures

  Typical Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 or small group support to students under teacher supervision

  • Assist with classroom activities, assignments, and instructional goals

  • Help implement behavioral and academic interventions

  • Monitor student progress and communicate with classroom teachers

  • Support students with special needs, IEPs, or 504 plans

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
