Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Londonderry, NH, is seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract role begins ASAP and continues through May 2026, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students with a range of disabilities.

Open positions include:

  • Two roles for the High School Emotional Support Program
  • One role for Push-In/Pull-Out Core Subjects instruction

Candidates should be prepared to work with behaviors that vary in intensity, supporting students with mild to severe disabilities. Experience working with emotional disabilities is preferred, enhancing the ability to provide tailored support to students in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized instruction aligned with individual student needs and IEP goals
  • Manage classroom behaviors and develop effective support strategies
  • Collaborate with staff, families, and administrators to foster student success
  • Adapt teaching methods to a diverse range of learning abilities and emotional needs

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Special Education teaching certification
  • Experience with emotional disabilities and behavioral management
  • Ability to provide both supportive push-in and pull-out services
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team
