Hardware Test Engineer – Manchester, NH
We’re seeking a hands-on Hardware Test Engineer to support the design, maintenance, and improvement of test equipment used in manufacturing and validation processes. This role works closely with engineering, quality, and operations teams to drive product and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, debug, and maintain production test equipment
- Develop test plans for new and existing products
- Support root cause analysis and troubleshooting issues
- Perform wiring, soldering, calibration, and preventive maintenance
- Document test setups and procedures
Qualifications:
- BS in Electrical Engineering and 2–5 years’ experience in test development
- Strong troubleshooting skills with analog circuits
- Proficiency in lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.)
- Comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally
- Strong documentation and communication skills
