Senior Scrum Master – Because Someone Has to Keep the Chaos Organized
Do you wake up in the morning excited to remove blockers that you definitely didn’t create? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where “quick question” actually means “this will take 45 minutes”? If so, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Do (besides prevent sprint meltdowns):
- Coach teams who swear they totally read the Agile Manifesto.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups where at least one person is definitely still sitting.
- Protect the team from scope creep, surprise deadlines, and random drive-by requests from people who “just need one small thing.”
- Ensure the sprint board stays up-to-date… or at least shame people into updating it.
What You Bring:
- Master-level Scrum wisdom (bonus points if you can explain story points without sighing).
- Experience herding both humans and cats.
- A calm, diplomatic demeanor—even when someone says “We don’t need a retrospective this sprint.”
- Humor, patience, and the ability to survive back-to-back meetings.
