They are seeking a Senior Applications Engineering Manager to lead a distributed team focused on designing and delivering innovative, customer-focused power solutions.
About the Role
You'll guide a team across multiple locations, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Design Engineering, and Operations to deliver scalable, high-quality power systems. You will influence product roadmaps, shape technical best practices, and help position the company as a trusted advisor in critical power solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a geographically distributed Applications Engineering team.

Define and execute the strategic vision for the organization aligned with business goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver custom-engineered power solutions.

Establish best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Drive customer-focused solutions and maintain long-term client relationships.

Manage budgets, projects, and resource planning.

Represent the company in industry standards committees and initiatives.
Qualifications

Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering (Master's preferred).

6+ years in power generation/distribution; 5+ years in Applications Engineering.

Experience leading multi-site engineering teams.

Strong knowledge of industry standards and certifications (UL891, UL1558, UL508, UL1741).

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Willingness to travel up to 25%.
