Overview
Brookside Heating & Cooling is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate can independently (with a helper) install furnaces and condensing units without supervision and is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service. This position is full time and will require travel within the NH, MA, and ME area.
Compensation
As our HVAC Service Technician, you'll earn a competitive wage of $30–$40 per hour, based on experience. We’re also offering a sign-on bonus up to $5K to top candidates.
Responsibilities
- Clearly communicate with clients about the condition of their HVAC systems
- Offer personalized solutions based on the client’s unique needs
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify repair, maintenance, or replacement opportunities
- Perform and document all necessary testing during maintenance visits
- Maintain a strong sense of organization and time management
- Guide clients through their options to help them make informed decisions
- Work closely with all other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite, professional attitude
- Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work
- Attend company meetings as necessary
- Adhere to all safety and handbook policies
Qualifications
- Proven Track Record in Heating and Cooling Systems
- 2+ years of Residential HVAC Experience
- Strong Desire to Grow
- EPA Certification
- High School Diploma/GED
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
