Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Case Manager position is available within a K-12 school district in Kingston, NH, serving grades K-9. This contract role involves managing a caseload of approximately 12-14 students, focusing on small group instruction in reading, writing, and math. The role requires on-site presence and offers an opportunity to work closely with students to support their educational progress effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate individualized education programs (IEPs) for assigned students.
- Provide targeted small group instruction in reading, writing, and math.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student success.
- Monitor and document student progress and make necessary adjustments to interventions.
- Attend required meetings and ensure compliance with all educational regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience working in special education settings, preferably K-9 grades.
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to develop and implement effective educational plans for students with diverse needs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to on-site work and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week
