This is an onsite role in Rollinsford NH. Candidates must live within a commutable distance from the office and be able and willing to come in 5 days a week. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating production documentation including bills of material, routings, and various customer and internal documents for the manufacture of electronics assemblies.
- Responsible for developing tooling as needed for the manufacturing process.
- Investigates and implements process improvements throughout the operation including manufacturability evaluation, quality data evaluation, corrective action and tooling development.
- Supports the manufacturing, planning, purchasing, sales, quotations, test and quality departments with technical questions and issues.
- Other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline is preferred
- 2 years of pertinent and applicable experience in the electronic assembly industry

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Excellent communication skills are required, as it is necessary to interface with all internal departments, as well as customers and vendors.
- Excellent personal computer skills are required, including proficiency with everyday office applications.
- Proficiency with MK (MRP system) is required.
- Proficiency with Aegis Circuit CAM (CAM system) is required.
- Knowledge of ISO 9000 and ISO 13485 requirements are required.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing is required.
- Familiarity with the RoHS directive (European Union’s directive on Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment) is required.
