Charters Brothers Construction is a well-established commercial Construction Manager based in southern New Hampshire. With over 20 years of steady, responsible growth, we’ve built a reputation for quality, integrity, and teamwork.

We’re currently hiring for an Assistant Superintendent to support upcoming commercial, academic, and multi-unit residential projects. Our typical project radius is within one hour of our Danville, NH headquarters, covering southern Maine, New Hampshire, and northern Massachusetts.

Role Overview:

As an Assistant Superintendent, you’ll play a key role in:

• Supporting the project schedule and daily site operations
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff
• Ensuring quality control and safety compliance
• Maintaining clear communication across all project stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• OSHA 10 certification (minimum)
• Construction experience and/or education
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow
