Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a dedicated Special Education Case Manager to support K-12 students in a virtual part-time role based in Manchester, NH. This contract position is focused on managing and coordinating special education services to ensure compliance with individualized education plans (IEPs) and promoting student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage special education caseloads, ensuring all IEP goals and legal requirements are met.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and service providers to develop and implement appropriate educational plans.
- Monitor student progress and adjust services as needed.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Provide ongoing communication and support to all stakeholders involved in student education.
Qualifications:
- Valid New Hampshire Special Education License.
- Proven experience as a Case Manager or Special Education Teacher within K-12 settings.
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, policies, and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
