A paraprofessional opportunity is available in an elementary school setting, supporting a preschool student within both intensive needs and general education classrooms. This position requires a compassionate and flexible individual to work part-time during the school year.
Location: Hollis, NH
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM 2:50 PM (26 hours per week)
Duration: Full semester contract, starting ASAP through June 17, 2026

Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering individualized support to preschool students in a classroom serving both general education and intensive needs populations
- Implement behavioral interventions and support plans based on ABA principles
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to adjust classroom arrangements as necessary
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for students with special education needs
- Participate in daily classroom routines and facilitate student engagement and learning
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous paraprofessional experience in a school setting supporting students with behavioral needs
- ABA training or demonstrated experience working with behavioral interventions
- Comfortable working with students in the special education population
- Must be flexible with classroom changes and schedules
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Complete district fingerprinting and pass agency/district onboarding processes
- One completed professional reference required prior to submitting candidate profile
- Must be available for a Zoom interview
