Charters Brothers Construction – Hiring a Superintendent
Charters Brothers is a well-established commercial Construction Manager based in southern New Hampshire, proudly celebrating 20 years in business. As we continue to grow responsibly, we are looking to add experienced and versatile Commercial Construction Superintendents to our team.
We are specifically hiring for a large multi-unit residential development in southern New Hampshire and seeking candidates who can manage projects of varying size, type, and complexity. Our work is typically within an hour’s commute from our headquarters, covering southern New Hampshire, Maine, and northern Massachusetts.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and manage project schedules
- Oversee all aspects of daily onsite activities
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and employees
- Ensure quality control with strong attention to detail
- Uphold and enforce a safe working environment above all else
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing commercial construction projects
- OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
- Massachusetts Supervisor’s License (preferred)
- Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills
- A proven track record of successfully managed projects
