InnoTECH Staffing is partnering with an innovative medical device company to hire a Lead or Senior Electrical Engineer for a cutting-edge product development program. This role is ideal for a highly autonomous engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and contributing across the full product lifecycle—from early concept through production.
You will play a key role in designing and delivering embedded electrical systems as part of a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary engineering team.
How You Will Make an Impact

Design and develop mixed-signal circuit boards (analog and digital) including schematic capture, PCB layout oversight, and DFx activities

Lead hands-on testing, debugging, and failure analysis of electrical systems; design test fixtures for development and production

Produce clear, concise technical documentation such as block diagrams, electrical requirements, design descriptions, and test procedures

Develop novel prototype devices using creative and innovative engineering approaches

Translate system-level requirements into detailed electrical specifications and architectures

Solve complex technical challenges using sound electronic design and integration principles

Collaborate closely with mechanical, systems, software, controls, and test engineers to support rapid development cycles

Ensure compliance with company design controls, documentation practices, and quality processes

Manage external design partners, vendors, and suppliers

Balance multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Serve as a technical subject matter expert and mentor junior engineers
Required Skills & Experience

BS in Electrical Engineering
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing complex electro-mechanical products

Proven experience designing electrical schematics and PCB layouts (Altium preferred)

End-to-end electrical design experience from concept through production

Strong background working on multi-disciplinary engineering teams

Skilled in developing and working with detailed specifications and technical documentation

Hands-on expertise debugging circuitry using lab equipment (DMMs, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, waveform generators, etc.)

Experience mentoring and guiding junior engineers

Solid understanding of signal integrity, timing, power consumption, ESD, and EMC design

Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet aggressive schedules

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred / Plus Qualifications

Experience developing and characterizing novel sensor technologies

RF design and testing experience

Proficiency with analytical and automation tools (MATLAB, Python, LabVIEW, etc.)

Embedded software development experience in C/C++ (ARM, PIC, AVR, or similar platforms)

Familiarity with medical device standards and regulations (IEC 60601-1, ISO 13485, etc.)
Compensation $130K to $165K base plus bonus and full benefits
This requires being onsite 5 days a week in Manchester, NH
