Manchester Community College is seeking a qualified individual to teach College Composition as part of our Early College Program Partnership with the Manchester School District. . Teaching is on-site at Memorial High School, M-F for 2 consecutive a.m. periods (8:38-9:27 & 9:52-10:41).
Position needed for duration of academic year (September-June).
Minimum qualifications are Masters Degree in the specific subject or closely related field and three years’ experience in teaching, business, or industry in related field.
Fingerprinting and background check must be completed by the start of the school year.
Adjunct appointments are temporary, for a specified contract period and may require in classroom or online instruction.
The Vice President of Academic Affairs will determine adjunct levels. Adjunct level will be determined based upon Education and Experience. Rates for Fall 2025 will be:
Level 1 - $825.00 per contact hour for the course
Level 2 - $900.00 per contact hour for the course
Level 3 - $975.00 per contact hour for the course
