- Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems.
- This includes installing and repairing water, gas, and other piping systems, as well as plumbing fixtures and appliances.
- They would also be responsible for cleaning drains, removing obstructions, and addressing any issues with pipes and fixtures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation: Installing new plumbing systems, fixtures (like sinks, toilets, showers), and appliances (like dishwashers, water heaters).
- Repair: Repairing broken or damaged pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Preventative Maintenance: Inspecting pipes, drains, and fixtures for signs of wear and tear, or potential issues and suggesting necessary maintenance or repairs.
- Emergency Response: Responding to emergency situations like broken boilers or blocked drains.
- System Optimization: Ensuring the proper function and efficiency of plumbing systems.
- Compliance: Adhering to all relevant plumbing codes and regulations.
