GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT WANTED:

You're the one who turns blueprints into buildings.
We're looking for a General Superintendent who thrives in the field, commands respect, and delivers results.
Water infrastructure and utility-heavy project experience in particular will make your resume stand out.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
- Run the show on-site - oversee daily operations and lead field personnel with clarity and confidence.
- Drive the schedule - develop, manage, and adjust timelines to keep projects moving and clients happy.
- Own the budget - keep things lean and efficient.
- Enforce safety - conduct regular site inspections and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Coordinate like a pro - work hand-in-hand with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and clients to keep everyone aligned.
- Mentor your team - build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and pride in craftsmanship.
- Manage risk - identify potential issues before they become problems and implement smart mitigation strategies.
- Stay compliant - ensure every aspect of the job meets local regulations and industry standards, especially in water infrastructure.
What You Bring to the Table
You've been in the trenches. You've led crews, managed chaos, and delivered projects that others said couldn't be done. Here's what we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a General Superintendent or similar leadership role in construction.
- Familiarity with utility and water infrastructure projects is a big plus.
