Embroidery and Screen Printing Shop Manager – Londonderry, NH

Location: Londonderry, New Hampshire
Position: Full-Time | On-Site
Experience: Required (Embroidery & Screen Printing Industry)

About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Shop Manager to oversee daily operations at our busy embroidery and screen-printing shop in Londonderry, NH. The ideal candidate has hands-on production experience, leadership skills, and a strong eye for quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production schedules for embroidery and screen-printing orders

• Supervise and train production staff

• Operate and maintain embroidery and screen-printing equipment

• Ensure timely order completion and quality control

• Coordinate with clients and the sales team to meet deadlines and specifications

• Maintain inventory of supplies and manage vendor relationships

• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in embroidery and/or screen printing

• Prior management or supervisory experience required

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Knowledge of production equipment Melco Amaya embroidery machines a plus

• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
