Job Description
We're working with a client in Dover who's looking to bring on a Legal Assistant with experience in Personal Injury law. This is a full-time opportunity supporting attorneys with case prep, document handling, and client communication in a busy legal environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Preparing legal documents like motions, objections, and correspondence
- Assisting with discovery and organizing case files
- Filing paperwork in State and Federal courts (must be comfortable with e-filing systems)
- Communicating with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel via phone and email
- Supporting attorneys with trial prep and hearing materials
- Managing and reviewing medical records for case use
What They're Looking For:
- Experience with personal injury cases and working with claims adjusters
- Skilled in gathering and organizing medical evidence
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- Familiarity with court rules, discovery timelines, and trial prep
- Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and administrative skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and NetDocuments (a plus!)
