LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Quality Assurance Manager for our client in the southern Manchester, NJ area. This direct hire role allows you to expand your quality assurance management within a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing industry! This on-site position requires a minimum of eight years’ current experience in a quality assurance role in a semi-conductor quality assurance manager and prefers candidates that have a strong background in Copy Exactly, First Article Inspection Reports, writing QA/QC inspection reports and maintaining quality data as well as experience with machine shop inspection reports, and being highly proficient in Oracle transactions and requisitions. Must have very strong proven current proficiency in CNC manufacturing of stainless steels and aluminums and GD&T tolerances as well as implementation of FMEA/DOE/FACA/SPC etc. Successful candidate must have experience in CMM including programming.

Salary range: $100,000.00 – $115,000.00 annually.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain spreadsheets, reporting, failure analysis, and flow charts.

· Schedules and coordination of third-party calibration and repair services.

· Leads all ISO audits and documentation.

· Lead and manage 8Ds, SCARs and other document investigations as needed.

· Collect, compile and report on data as needed for QA and QC.

· Implement process and procedural improvements for metals contract manufacturing lines.

· Work collaboratively to make improvements to testing fixtures, processes and procedures, tooling, and data collection.

· Use internal software to document, record, and initiate testing.

· Must be a collaborative team player that works well independently and in a group setting.

· Must be able to follow clean room standards.

· Ability to measure utilizing all quality instruments.

· Current proven proficiency with GD&T quality measures.

Requirements:

· Proven current quality assurance administration experience with a strong progressive work history in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.

· Bachelor’s degree.

· Team management expereince of at least 8 years.

· 8 years’ experience in progressive quality manager role in semiconductor manufacturing industry.

· Must be able to interpret design engineering drawings, make fixtures and tooling from using blueprints/schematics.

· Minimum 8-10 years’ experience with First Article of Inspection Reports.

· Proven CMM experience including programming.

· Must be proficient in ISO 9001 documentation and auditing.

· Must have proven current high proficiency in CNC manufacturing of stainless steels and aluminums and GD&T tolerances.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
